Your competitor’s post just handed you your next campaign.
The VP of Product shared an update with 200 likes and 148 comments. Those are your buyers. They don’t know you yet. In two weeks, I show you which conversations they care about, who owns them today, and the 90-day plan to become the answer they find. Founding rate $2,500 for the first five. You keep the plan either way.
No deck. If this isn’t worth $2,500 for you, I’ll say so on the call.
You’re not the bottleneck because you’re busy. You’re the bottleneck because you’re the only route.
When growth runs through one person, it waits behind delivery. Then buyers do their own homework, and find silence.
Your feed went quiet
The cadence slipped months ago. What’s left is sporadic, off-message, and produces nothing you can trace to a conversation.
Buyers check before they reply
Before anyone takes your call, they’ve read your profile and scanned your last ten posts. Silence reads as risk.
Buyers ask AI first now
When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google who solves their problem, they get an answer. The only question is whether your content is part of it.
Five modules, one score, a plan you can run.
If your team runs the GTM Operating System, this is the Brand & Demand assessment for pillar 3. It is independent, and it plugs into the framework you already use.1
Presence Audit
What you actually publish, and what it actually produces.
- Cadence, formats and topics across every channel
- Engagement from real buyers, not vanity likes
- Content traced to DMs, meetings and pipeline
Concept Ownership
The four questions your buyers ask before they call, and who owns each answer today.
- Drawn from what your buyers actually say
- Where you already have a claim to stand on
- The gaps you can take fastest
The Content Set
The pieces to create so your expertise is the answer buyers (and AI) find.
- The questions your buyers actually ask, in their words
- The formats that earn a place in search, AI answers and feeds
- Drafted, not just recommended
Leak Report
Where the path from content to a conversation breaks.
- Positioning, next-step and proof gaps, stage by stage
- Where a ready buyer raises a hand, and nothing happens
- The one break to fix first
90-Day Build Plan
The concepts to own, the channels, the cadence, and who does what.
- The four concepts, sequenced
- Your first 10 posts, outlined
- The leading indicators to watch
Two weeks, five modules.
Intake
Your channels, your numbers, and your buyers’ actual language.
The scans
Presence, concepts, citations and leaks, every claim logged with evidence.
Synthesis
Scores, gaps, and a build plan you could hand to a team tomorrow.
Readout
A 90-minute session with you and your team. You leave with the instrument in hand, and one decision made.
One piece of content, several places it has to earn its keep.
I build content that holds up wherever your buyers look: search, the AI assistants, social, and the communities where your market talks. I’m not here to run an AEO audit, I’m here to make the content that earns those spots in the first place.
I’ve run the demand side inside companies you know.
Ex-LinkedIn (social selling), ex-Slack. I’ve built the content systems that make brands the cited answer, and diagnosed why most aren’t.
Figures from programs I’ve led (most recent agency role). Available on request.
Guesswork versus a diagnostic.
How it runs now
- ✕Demand starts with luck, referrals, and a feed that went quiet
- ✕You measure revenue, a lagging indicator
- ✕BD happens only when the pipeline is already empty
- ✕It all lands on you, personally
With the diagnostic
- ✓Concepts you own, answers that cite you
- ✓The five modules, leading indicators you can move
- ✓BD on a schedule, before you need it
- ✓A system that runs while you’re in delivery
What you’re probably wondering.
What exactly do I get?
A Founder Demand Score out of 100 with the arithmetic shown, a concept ownership map, the content set to create, a leak report, a 90-day build plan, and a 90-minute executive session with you and up to two stakeholders.
Is this an SEO or AEO/GEO play?
No. I’m a content operator, not an SEO or AEO analyst. Search and AI answers are outcomes of good content, and I build the content that earns those outcomes. I keep it to what you can actually control: the fit and quality of what you publish.
Is this a GTM Partners product?
No. It is an independent assessment that maps to the Brand & Demand pillar, so a team already running the GTM Operating System can place it without adopting anything new. I am not a GTM Partners certified partner.1
What do you need from me?
About three hours total: a 60-minute intake, roughly 30 minutes of follow-up, and 90 minutes at the executive session. Your handles and any analytics you have.
What does it cost?
Founding rate $2,500 for the first five clients, then $4,500. Flat fee, paid up front. Four concepts in scope; a fifth is $500. $1,000 of the fee is credited toward your first month of the Founder Engine if we start within 90 days.
What if I don’t have a team?
Then the plan leans on assets over people: written points of view, your own voice, and a cadence one person can hold. No headcount required.
What happens after the readout?
Either you run the plan yourself, or we build it together as a fractional engagement. If it’s not worth building, you keep the plan and owe nothing further.

Founding client rate $2,500 (five spots, then $4,500). Flat fee, paid up front. Two weeks. You keep the plan either way.
For context: a fractional content director runs $7,800 to $9,100 a month. This is two weeks and a plan you own.
Typically scheduled within 48 hours. No credit card, no commitment.
