The Founder Content Diagnostic

Attention is not pipeline.

The work is finding where attention stops turning into conversation, then building the content system that closes the gap. Two weeks, one scored readout, and a 90-day plan your team can run.

Two weeks, $2,500 flat, and you keep the plan either way.

The break

It is usually one of three things.

Rarely is the problem the content itself. It is the handoff: attention arrives, and nothing catches it.

01

You publish, and nothing traces to a conversation.

Cadence slipped months ago, and what is left is sporadic, off-message, and impossible to tie to a DM, a meeting, or a deal.

What it costsContent that behaves like a hobby

02

Buyers check you before they reply.

Most buyers read your profile and scan your last ten posts before they reply. Silence reads as risk.

What it costsWarm interest cools while they look

03

Buyers ask AI first.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google who solves their problem, they get an answer, and the only question is whether your content is part of it.

What lands on day 14

You get five modules, one score, and a plan your team can run.

Every finding is logged with evidence. No deck, and no fifty-slide audit you never open.

Reads

Presence audit

What you actually publish, and what it actually produces: cadence, formats, topics, and engagement from real buyers rather than vanity likes.

Maps

Concept ownership

The four questions your buyers ask before they call, and who owns each answer today. Drawn from what your buyers actually say.

Builds

The content set

The pieces to create so your expertise is the answer buyers and AI find. Drafted, not just recommended.

Reads

Leak report

Where the path from content to conversation breaks, stage by stage, and the one break to fix first.

Plans

90-day build plan

The concepts, channels, cadence, and owner. Your first ten posts, outlined, so the plan survives contact with a calendar.

You get the readout either way, and if the diagnosis says the problem is not content, you will hear that too.

If this is the break you are living with, we can confirm it in thirty minutes.

How it works

Two weeks, start to readout.

Days 1 to 2

Intake

Your channels, your numbers, and your buyers’ actual language.

Days 3 to 8

The scans

Presence, concepts, citations, and leaks, with each scan documented.

Days 9 to 12

Synthesis

Scores, gaps, and a build plan you could hand to a team tomorrow.

Day 14

Readout

Ninety minutes with your team. You leave with the instrument and a decision to make.

Fit

Who this is for.

It fits

  • You are the founder, and you are still the primary voice buyers hear.
  • You have three or more years of expertise buyers need to hear.
  • You publish consistently, but you cannot trace a single conversation back to it.
  • You want a plan your team can run, not another strategy deck.

It does not fit

  • You want someone to post for you and disappear.
  • You need fifty pieces a month by Friday.
  • You are pre-revenue with no buyer conversations to study.
  • You want a generic SEO audit with a keyword list.

Why me

Built inside the platforms, then for founders.

Most of this was learned inside the platforms where the work happens. LinkedIn taught me how systems scale, and Slack taught me how they accelerate growth. Before that, the Army taught me discipline, and Iraq taught me execution under pressure.

Since then, content systems for more than 100 B2B teams and over 200 published articles. The diagnostic came out of that work, not out of a sales page.

Questions

What founders ask before booking.

What does it cost?

The fee is $2,500, flat and paid up front, which is the founding rate for the first five. That covers the full two weeks.

How long does it take?

Two weeks from intake to readout. The readout itself is ninety minutes with you and your team.

What if it is not worth it?

The thirty-minute call is where you find out. If it is not worth $2,500, you will hear that, and you keep the plan either way.

Do I need a team to run the plan?

No. Most founders run the first month alone, then hand specific pieces to a writer or contractor once the cadence holds.

Is this an audit?

No. An audit tells you what is missing, while this produces the content set and the plan, drafted, plus the score to measure it against.

Bring the content you have. Leave with the plan.

On the call we look at your last ten posts, name the break, and decide whether the $2,500 diagnostic is worth it for you. If it is not, you will hear that.

If this is not worth $2,500 for you, the call will say so.
