Partners and tools I use
Every product on this page is software I run in my own stack, not a list I was paid to assemble. Some of the links below are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you sign up. It costs you nothing, and it never changes what I recommend. Tell me what you are trying to solve and I will point you at the right one.
Descript
Audio and video editing that works like a document. You edit the transcript and the timeline follows, which turns a 40 minute recording into a finished cut without scrubbing waveforms. It is where podcast and video post-production stopped being a bottleneck for me.
Apollo.io
B2B contact and company data with sequencing built on top. The reason it earns a slot is coverage: the database is large enough that a filtered list comes back usable instead of half empty. That is the difference between a prospecting tool you keep and one you abandon in week two.
Notion
Docs, wikis, and databases in one surface. Most teams lose more time to scattered context than to hard work, and Notion is the cheapest fix for that. I use it as the written layer of an operating system: the place a decision lives after the meeting ends.
Reclaim.ai
Calendar protection for people whose week gets eaten by other people’s scheduling. It defends focus blocks, negotiates meeting times automatically, and reflows when something lands. Habit tracking on your own time is worth more than another productivity app.
Gamma
AI presentations and documents that hold a real design system instead of slide-shaped defaults. The output looks like a designed deck, which matters when the deck is the thing a buyer judges you on. Fastest path from an outline to something presentable.
Lusha
Contact and company intelligence that fills the gaps a broad database leaves behind: direct dials, verified emails, and firmographics for the exact accounts you already care about. Better as an enrichment layer on a targeted list than as a spray-and-pray source.
Close
A CRM built for teams that sell by phone, email, and message instead of by committee. Calling, SMS, and sequences are native rather than bolted on, so the rep works in one window. The right answer when a full enterprise CRM is more process than your pipeline can justify.
Browse.ai
Web monitoring without writing a scraper. Point it at a page, mark the fields you want, and it runs on a schedule and alerts you when something changes. This is the cheapest way to build a signal feed out of sites that will never give you an API.
I add a tool here only after it has survived a real workflow, and I remove it when it stops earning its place. If something you need is missing, that usually means I have not tested it yet, not that it is bad. Affiliate relationships never buy placement on this page.
